How do I get my ticket?

When you make a booking by email or by phone, our travel consultant will confirm all the details with you. Tickets will be issued in accordance with the timelines applied on the applicable fare. E-ticket or electronic ticket will be arranged at no additional cost. It may also be picked up in person at no additional cost however if you choose to receive paper document the additional postal or courier charges may apply. Please let us know your preference at the time of booking.

What is the difference between "booking" and "issuing"?

Booking occurs when you confirm us Flight ticket, Hotel booking, Insurance or Visa option. Once you have booked through our booking agents or in person or via phone or confirmation email, we must receive the payment, before your booking itinerary will be issued to you. The issuing of tickets or final itinerary or Visa issuance happens once we have received payment for your booking and has processed the transaction.

What is E-Ticket?

E ticket (electronic tickets) is a paperless electronic document with all the flight details. You can print the same and carry it along with you at the airport counter to check in for your flight. You’ll receive your eticket details to the email address you gave us when you made your reservation.

Can I book a ticket for my family/friend using my credit card?

Yes, but proof /copy of the Credit Card needs to be submitted /shown at the counter for verification. Hence ask the passenger to carry a copy of the credit card with the cardholder’s signature.

Cancellation or changes to bookings?

Once the ticket is issued we need to receive written confirmation of any further changes or cancellation which is subject to the fare rules and conditions applied at the time of issuance of the booking. Please contact us as early as possible. If you paid for your ticket by credit card, the surcharge amount is non – refundable. If you wish to make an enquiry on date change or cancellation charges for an existing booking, we will be happy to assist. Please contact us during business hours. Over the weekend or for change within 48 hours of departure, please contact the Airline directly for assistance. For hotel confirmed bookings, many suppliers charge at least the first night. Conditions vary by supplier. Visa issance fee is non-refundable with most visa issuing authorities.

What about Travel Insurance?

We do not offer travel insurance. But we strongly recommend that before you book your trip, you have suitable travel insurance in place. We can provide you with references and may be able to assist to choose one since there are many travel insurance companies. Do I need to reconfirm my flights with the airline?

We accept no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with rules set by airlines. Please reconfirm your flight with the relavant airlines at least 72 hours prior to commencement of your journey to be aware of flight delay or reschedule by the airline.

How can I avoid missing my flight?

What is my baggage allowance?

Baggage allowance can be found on your ticket. Please ask travel consultant to advise you of any specific baggage requirements as baggage allowance vary by airline and destination (country specific).

How about my Hotel Reservations?

We can provide you with the best negotiated rates for hotel bookings, villas, Service apartments or short stay accomodations world wide.

What is my hotels checkin time?

Typically, the hotel checkin time is after 2:00 pm (local hotel time) however we request you to please check with your specific hotel for its exact checkin time. Early check in is always subject to availability and the final confirmation rests with the hotel and some hotels may require additional payment. If you need an early check in, you should contact the hotel directly and place a request.

What about my special needs? (Wheel chair, meals, seat preferences)
